The Beaumaris Project is a residential renovation that aimed to replicate the success of a previous kitchen renovation by LTKI for a satisfied client. The project centered on creating a warm, inviting kitchen space with a touch of uniqueness. Key design elements included the use of American Oak natural timber veneer for overhead cabinets and the island bar back, which added warmth to the space. White 2-pack cabinetry was chosen for under-bench and tall cabinets, creating a balanced and visually appealing contrast.
A Caesarstone benchtop with waterfall ends on both sides was installed, featuring an “Organic White” stone that harmonized perfectly with the “Casper White Quarter” paint color used for the lower cabinets. To break the monotony of tall cabinets, an open cabinet was strategically placed above the ovens, providing both display space and a visual focal point.
The project’s unique touch was the pale green gloss subway tile splashback, adding layers of texture to the kitchen area. Brushed nickel handles were chosen to complement the Franke Mythos sink, which was seamlessly undermounted for a polished finish.
In addition to the kitchen, the project extended its design elements to the laundry area, adopting a similar color palette without the use of timber veneer. The result is a serene, spacious laundry room that offers ample bench space for sorting and organizing, creating a harmonious and functional living space for the homeowner.
The Beaumaris Project showcases LTKI’s commitment to delivering exceptional design and craftsmanship, tailored to the client’s satisfaction.
